Hard to know where you stand

Very confusing interface as you constantly have to scroll down to get to the next movement button e.g. NEXT, CONTINUE, BACK, ETC. Hard to find areas that you need to retutn to. After finishing, it was hard to see if I had successfullty filed and paid correctlly. It just said, "Looks like you're all done" with no reference to how I filed or paid. E-file status came up blank.

Easy to Use and Navigate

I found this years turbo tax much easier to navigate than last year for some reason. Not all my info transferred over however and I'm not sure why. But not a deal breaker. This year I thought I'd try your tax program directly from your website and was completely disappointed. It's not the same as the turbo tax program you download. I found it harder to navigate and NONE of last years tax info on my computer transferred over. So I won't be trying that again. I miss using the CD though. I'm not very tech savvy and found it so easy to just pop the CD in and have my computer open the program. Doing a download I had to search until I found the correct link. Next year I will have social security to have to figure in and I hope turbo tax can help me navigate that as well. Also.....please bring back IT'S DEDUCTABLE. It's so much easier to use it and keep it updated as you go along and then just import the data and BAM! You're done. I am not good with spreadsheets. It's so easy to just click on pants and the quantity and you're done. Now I'm going to have to determine the worth of my items myself. Which means i will either underestimate or overestimate the cost. In this area I feel turbo tax is letting its customers down. I do not want to have to go to H&R Block and use their Deduction Pro program. I'd prefer as I imagine all turbo tax customers do to keep everything in the same house. Please bring Its Deductable back.

i filed an extension and paid taxes. when finalizing my forms it never asked me if i paid already. if it did it was not clearly understood. so i had to google where to find it.
