I wasn't happy that I was offered Audit Defense FOR FREE, but only if I completed my return by 04/15/25. I did not appreciate being asked to pay for it after that date.

Can't connect to activity after decades using?

It's so frustrating that after 20 years, the program never recognizes me, drops credits before charging my card, and generally fails to keep track of a taxpayer from year to year... same phone number, same account, same ccredit card never connected... (even on this review I have to re-enter everything--email, nickname, state etc.)

TurboTax Deluxe is incapable of preparing Form 8915F with multiple disasters in one year. Disappointing.
