Very easy to walk thru your return. There is a spot for gambling income....would be nice to also have a spot for gambling losses!! Even if there is no income. Not everyone is a winner!!!

Turbo Tax programming is not very intuitive

it is not intuitive program at all - I filed State but did not get email back after 7 days...still not message from Turbotax or State - and the program has super same FONT on computer version --so many years like this and cannot in large lettering ---

License Key glitch

Software is fine and complete. However, I had trouble getting a correct license key. as able to resolve after lengthy time on the phone with vendor and their follow up with Turbo Tax. Product was better when CD was provided.

TurboTax is good

Did not engage with consultant. My only issue was with the 1095, it did not have a check box for the 1095-B, which I had. I did not select 1095-A, selections did not a line with Form 1095-B.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

TurboTax state filing payment issue

Using TurboTax to enter my tax information was not difficult but paying for the state filing was difficult when entering my credit card information as it would not allow the year 2025 to be entered. The drop down list began with year 2026 and I was unable to enter the year 2025 manually. Without the help of your excellent TurboTax customer service agent, Joseph, I would not have been able to complete the filing of my 2024 taxes. Joseph was most knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. Thank you
