Can't be more frustrated

Impossible to describe the frustration level with 2024 Desktop version of TurboTax. Kept getting a "hit a snag" error pop-up when trying to pay for state e-file and their $40 Audit Defender. Was never able to get to the point to pay for those extras. Spent 2 1/2 hours over to nights with TurboTax service advisors (who were very gracious to work with) but we could never get to the root of the problem which is now forcing me to file by mailing my return which is very irritating to me after so blasted much time with service advisors.

Good Solid Choice - Works Fine w/Lots of Guidance

TurboTax worked fine as it has in previous years. It was difficult this year though to find the place to purchase the desktop version on your website, but once I found it all was okay as usual.

Why did you force me to use standard deduction when it was clear that itemizing was better? I had to waste a lot of time fixing it. Not appreciated.
