Turbo Tax DESKTOP

As a bookkeeper I was very satisfied with the guidance, accuracy and features offered in the Turbo Tax Desktop Advanced version. I started with TurboTax online, but found it only served one tax return (whoever sold me that was unwise). However, with the desktop version I could produce accurate returns for my family, friends, clients and myself. Thank you Turbo Tax Desktop!

TurboTax has done a good job for me for years.

TurboTax saves me time by doing all the math for me with 100% accuracy. In some cases it also helps classify some data and gets it on the right line on the right form. It also does a good job of finding any errors I make (errors of omission mostly) so I can correct them before sending my return to the IRS. It's well thought out and easy to use.

i have been using TurboTax for many years and this time me e-file was rejected. You could not give me the correct information. I had to call the IRS myself to get the right answer. very frustrating

I REALLY appreciate the consultants who respond quickly, especially to Turbo Tax-related disfunctions - even when they're "user-related!" Only one area remains weak (but a little better): Form 1116 and multiple countries being reported for their taxes that can be credited to our income tax. Those forms are really obscure and could use a lot more systematic thinking.

Turbo Tax is OK

Worked with Turbo Tax for file. The current year imported prior year return and some date related to business expenses. Was very difficult to find and enter business expenses. When the tax check finds an issue, there is not help description of what information you should use to answer the question. Quite Poor contextual help feature. But overall was able to search via CoPilot and find answers and complete the return.

Straightforward to use and comprehensive

The software was straightforward to use and walked me through all the forms I needed to file, including some that I wasn't certain actually applied to me. It helped me better understand some of the tax implications based on choices that I made during the year.
