Horrible, time-wasting AI - worst ever

AI makes it impossible to get a fast answer to a simple question, like "What form lets me enter my bank deposit information?" Instead, I receive a long, garbled, completely unresponsive answer. Please return the simple search bar that previously existed, where I could simply search for "bank deposit" and quickly locate the form.

TurboTax got difficult

every year its becomes harder to use the TurboTax program. I have less confidence each year in my submittal. Trying to get TurboTax and or Intuit's help after extra services are paid for did not help my issues. I don't expect I will use TurboTax for 2025 taxes because of my lack of confidence.

I have been using Turbo Tax for maybe 25 years. They are the best. But I am really disappointed that now I have to buy a new laptop pc because windows 10 cannot be supported with TurboTax.

there are some really obvious things I want that are obtuse. where can I easily see the forms? Where is the actual print for filing instead of a bunch of ads and previews?

TurboTax screwed up the Div and Int interface

I absolutely hate the new interface Intuit started a year or two ago for Interest and Dividends. Way too bloated, too many screens and no good summary. Go back to the old format showing every payer and the amount from the prior year and the amount entered, if any, for the current year. Clicking on all the silly questions is ridiculous.
Also, when you import information, the program cannot (or has trouble) linking imported info to the forms carried over from prior year.

Turbo Tax and Tech Support

I had to call tech support. For some reason my return got stuck on transmit. Stanley got me back to where I could try to transmit again and everything worked ok. I've been using turbo tax for a number of years and have been completely satisfied.
