The use of input forms is way to cluttered. Much easier to input the data directly onto the government form.

Except for K-1 Guidance, TurboTax was Great

Many years of using TurboTax, and this time I had to pay for an expert from TT to get through the K-1 exercise because TurboTax wasn't nearly as clear in its guidance as I've come to expect. Outside of that, it was smooth sailing once again.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Every time I install TTax on a new PC, it asks me for tons of information that is for your benefit, and which you already have, name, address, phone,etc. For those activated through logging into Intuit, why do you have to do this?
Of course, I will no longer have the issue, as you do not support Win 10, and, based on past experience, I will not use Win 11.

TURBO TAX DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR YEARS.......AND IT IS THE MOST UNFRIENDLY USER PROGRAM I KNOW. YOU COULDN'T EVEN PRINT THE TIPS THIS YEAR. I PRINTED A FINAL RETURN, 55 PAGES AND WHEN I WENT BACK TO PRINT A DIFFERENT SET, MY ORIGINAL PRINT HAD 56 PAGES! IT GAINED A PAGE AND I DO NOT KNOW WHY!

Help is No Help

Turbotax frequently has a link entitled "Explain This" which sends you to the general help site which you must then search for your subject matter. What happened to context-sensitive help? Pretty worthless in this regard.
