TT is slow, hangs, and completely crashes

Your software is very slow. Constantly requires a re-install and constantly requests to re-license.
It didn't used to be this poor quality.
And you need a native M chip version for MacOS

Seems straight forward. But I would like a pre-filing page that would help me with the incomplete info I have to help me calculate what I owe on January 15

I recommend TurboTax software!

I've used TurboTax to complete my personal income tax returns for over twenty years. I find the software quite user-friendly and generally easy to complete my taxes. I decided to pay a fee for the availability of a tax expert, as I had some questions with regard to one of the K-1s that we had. Smart move! The tax person was superb. They walked me through, step-by-step, filling in the forms in the TurboTax software. I definitely recommend using this service.

Multiple Deceptive Charges (Turbo Tax by INTUIT)

Lots of additional charges in addition to the $80 software fee for Turbo Tax. Despite repeated attempts to take these additional charges off (charges such as $40 premium service, $40 audit defense, $25 efiling state), it still comes back to the final charges. Customers such as myself have no option but to go ahead and pay because I had already paid for the software and spent few hours doing my taxes.
Very predatory and deceptive. Customers may file a "Class Action Law Suit" and I may begin one after legal consultation because thousands of customers are impacted by this deceptive charges.

I'm done with this myopic idiocy

The software and account system is flawed to the point where I am greatly discouraged from buying it again. A fatal loop of frustration when the downloaded software updates and then forgets your sign-on and password is stupid. It is a VERY POOR system and whoever designed it presumes that the customer is using the web interface instead of downloading the program for better privacy and security.

Constant returning customer and until something better coms along or the tax system is simplified or abolished I will continue to be.
