Not as good as it used to be

5 years ago TT was a great product. I have used it for over 30 years. Not it has slipped into mediocrity.
One used easy be able to drill down and find the source of an entry. Now it is extremely hard to find.

TurboTax removes stress!

TurboTax has made it easier year-by-year to complete my taxes. A further Form 1099-Div arrived after I'd submitted our taxes. NO PROBLEM as it's super easy to add the information to the original tax return, complete updated tax return and submit it, such a RELIEF (even though it means we now owe money!).

I was supposed to get $10 off the state filing because I bought Turbotax at my Club store. But YOU charged me the full $25 so obviously I got ripped off. You owe me $10. Note I did not change the rating of your product but I should have . . .
