Intuit is a pain!

I dislike Intuit and turbo tax. Previous use and trust to, "....deliver maximum return." failed for 11 years. Overpayment for military retirement in NC cost me over 10,000$. For the 8 years that I could not resubmit . Intuit was unresponsive in refunding the cost of the software as "guaranteed". Roughly $500.

Turbo Tax Excellent Product

Been using Turbo Tax for years. This year there was no CD available. I was a little disappointed but decided to purchase it anyway. Glad I made that decision. Filing was easy and costs was minimal. Looking forward to continuing my Tax journey with Turbo Tax in the coming years.

Very disappointed with this year's version. The changes to the RMD are terrible.
I've used TT in the past and never had to lose sleep before when entering 2 separate IRA withdrawals. Why change something that worked well?
