The software created an efiling problem that could not be resolved through the software alone. After a lengthy, and draining obstacle course of getting to an actual person...
"Sherri" was AMAZING! Her patience and support was above and beyond what could be expected.
After three days of trying to resolve the difficulty with efiling, without her guidance there would be no way I would've been able to resolve this issue. My initial anxieties were relieved through her warm composure and extensive troubleshooting and only signed off until my efiling was completed.

Used TurboTax for decades

TurrboTax 2024 was the first year which asked for separate RMD amounts for each account. I entered incorrect amounts and had to file an amended return. The IRS accepted the return but has yet to send me additional refund. The IRS requested additional information (twice) which I provided. I have yet to hear more. Can you help?

I REALLY LOVE DOING MY TAXES WITH TURBO TAX! THEY MAKE IT SO EASY TO USE AND TO UNDERSTAND WHAT I'M DOING. I WOULD REALLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE THAT IS LOOKING INTO DOING THEIR TAXES ON THEIR OWN.

TurboTax is easy to use

TurboTax is good for both Individual and Business applications. It is easy to use, and it carries forward information year to year. I have had no issues with the IRS nor the state tax department. Very accurate.
