Age ninety-two filer

Have used Turbo Tax for fourteen years. Always accurate. Only problem this year is when paying for e-file for state return. On first payment screen it listed my $10 discount with total due as $15. On next screen it stated $25 due. I went back and tried it three more times and it never allowed my $10 discount. I trust you will fix this for next year!

Too Many Quirks on Turbo Tax

Numerous quirks on Turbo Tax. I kept getting an error when entering resold ticket information. I had to Google to find the answer. I had to delete the information. I reentered the exact same information and I FINALLY got it to work. Also, I had problems printing the state tax so I can mail them.

Credit was not applied

I had a $10.00 credit included with the product. The cost to file the state return was supposed to be $15.00.
The system refused to process the credit, and forced me to pay $25.00 plus tax.
