Generally product is easy to use and walks your through each step of the return. This year, we had issue updating software as it kept timing out. From on-line community, I was able to figure out how to update by going to website directly. But very frustrating that needed to go through the extra steps.

Downloaded & online versions do not link

It seems ridiculous that the downloaded version does not talk to the online version. I did online version last year and downloaded this year, and the downloaded version thinks I did not file my taxes last year.
