Inaccurate download

The download from my brokerage firm put in the wrong amount. It should have been $890 and the software put in $8.00.

I've used your software for over 20 years but every year you include credit for add ons and even free to file state but you always charge me full price. 2024 included $10 credit for in product add ons which stated it was my state e-filing. My total said $15 but when it routed me to the site to pay with credit card the fee was $25 and if I use the option to deduct from my refund the total was $70 adding other add ons I didn't want. DON'T ADD DISCOUNT IF YOU DO NOT PLAN TO GIVE.
