not awsome but locked in after 20 years

getting worse. Hidden fees; non-transparent way of doing things, have to go through interview instead of filling forms directly. It makes up stuff and doesn't tell you the truth

Turbo Tax is Amazing

My only complaint is the amount of paper that needs to be printed. when you ask for only the forms and there are 28 pages, but you do not need to send all of them in. WHY? PRINT THEM ALL???

Generally, it is great using it year after year with keeping track of rollovers and schedules. TT has made improvements in explanations and guidance with forms over the years

Turbo Tax walks you through the entire process, step by step. I find the if you gather all your information before starting the process, it is as simple as can be, and certainly cheaper than paying someone elso to do your taxes.
