I love the product. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 is because I thought I would get a $10 credit when I efile a state return, but I wasn't given that credit.

I have been using TurboTax for decades and I am pleased to report that it remains the premier product for the preparation and filing of individual income tax returns. The dialog feature has been getting better over the years and tax returns are now easier to prepare than ever before.

Turbo Tax, a program that really works!

I was extremely sick and suffered a severe concussion. I was not able to complete my taxes in a timely manner. This program was very helpful in getting this done even with the errors this program stayed with me and walked me through what I needed. I definitely will be using this program again next year

Expert help from Turbo Tax

I just finished a tax issue that I had with Expert Joni. She was Excellent. Very Very patient with me throughout the process.
She was a pleasure to work with and made me feel comfortable for all the details. The problem being that unfortunately I had not finished the e-file properly and waited all this time ...4 months for a refund that wasn't going to come because of my error. Now I am confident from Joni's Expert help that I have completed the process.
