TurboTax Desktop Software is really bad!

My returns were rejected this year because the irs didn't recognise my wife. We have been filing jointly for 54 years. TurboTax didn't explain what was wrong.

TurboTax...changes to make it harder to use.

You make it hard to do things by making changes that are not needed. An example would be that I signed on to do some trial runs in TT2024 for 2025...to estimate my taxes.... You took me down a new route that has me doing this and then stopping my getting in to TT2024 and the return that I thought I could use for a "what if".
