relatively easy to process my own taxes, once I have all my paperwork together. The information on K-1 info was a bit limited, but I was able to figure it out, "most likely" correct answer.

suggestion to improve TT

Hi you need to add a step in the preparation process to ask if the taxpayer has an Identity Protection PIN. I forgot to enter mine for this 2024 return before submitting my electronic filing. The returns were rejected. Once I put in the PIN, all three were accepted. If you just added a step to the final review asking if t/p has a ID PIN you would have saved me that step. And you will probably save people from calling you asking why their return was rejected. Thank you and make it a great day!

Easy to use even for "Accounting ignorant" people

Turbo tax is so easy to use even for "Accounting ignorant" people like myself who get confused even by terms like Credits and Debits, Assets and Liabilities and so on. I have been using Turbotax as long as I can remember. I have never considered trying out any other tax preparation software.

Ms. Flow went above and beyond in helping me correct an error of mis information that was even to me by another Turbo Agent in April of 2024. She was wonderful, patient and very helpful.
