Can't e-file you state 1040 until the Federal

I filed both my Federal and IL State taxes by mail at the US Post Office on the same day. I received Letter from both saying my returns had things missing and the entire returns had to be re-filed. It cost me $29 to fax in a 2nd Federal Return. After some weeks I finally received my Federal Refund. Now Illinois Dept of Revenue sent me a letter requesting me to refile by e-file but your software won't let me do that until the Federal is e-filed, doing this would create duplicate filing and confuse them. So I must mail in my entire IL 1040 again.

IP PIN confusion

Turbotax wasn't clear enough to explain the several times my return was rejected due to missing IP PIN. Specifically it did not clearly state why and how that I had to get the IP PIN

This time was bad use. Your system is good, I've used for many years. This year was terrible, not form you. Here's a list of what the went hard. There were: My phone stopped and a new one was needed. 15 years for and phone and computer has make a lot of lots of "news" at I had no to make for 2025. Also, very work illness of my partner, and an illness also with me.
