Overall, TurboTax is great.

Overall, TurboTax software is good. It accomplishes rudimentary tax processes quickly and efficiently. It's step by step guidance has improved over the years. However, TurboTax still encounters glitches when one steps back in the calculations. in many cases the step function will not take you back to the page you need unless one goes to the form, and even then, it may not be clear on what to do. TurboTax 2024 had issues with internet access both for payments and updates.

Sorry, but I must say Good bye

Because you are changing your platform for next year to Windows 11 I will be forced to move onto a new tax program that still honors window 10. Many of us seniors cant afford the constant change in software, programs and apps. It's been a great 22 years but sorry to say, Good bye!

I have used Turbo Tax for 30 years and have never had a problem. This it is the WORSE program I have ever used and delt with.
