Difficulties for U.S. Citizens Living Abroad

Getting much better for U.S. Citizens living abroad.
It is not clear whether one claims "foreign tax credit" (form 1116) or "foreign earned income exclusion" (form 2555), and that one fills out ONLY ONE!
TurboTax does not provide form 8833 for treaty-based position exemption or an explanation on how to claim this and a list of qualified the treaty number
