Turbo Tax Works

We have used Turbo Tax for many years now and find it to be relatively easy to use, and of course accurate. Most of the questions as you move along, as long as you have all the information you need, are easy to enter. If you do happen to get to a point you can always look at the help provided which will clear up most situations.

Customer support is excellent! After completing my taxes, I was having trouble filing the complete tax return. I called customer support and she figured out what was wrong and helped me correct using screen share. Very pleased!

State filing is a rip off

Tell me how I can mail my State Return. My only option is eFile now or later, no choice to mail it in to avoid a $25.00 fee. Not even the first time state filling is free. Too bad there isn't a no star rating.
This may be the last time I use TurboTax
