Help was No help

Turbo included help was no help. Did not understand that as a beneficiary of a royalty, I do not have a job and do not need Schedule C, which creates a business tax. The program needs to allow for passive income from being a beneficiary. Spent hours searching how to delete Schedule C. Thanks to online community, I got an answer. However, still not sure I am paying the least possible.

Turbo tax fail

In the the step by step process, there was a step missing to enter the IP PIN!!! Caused my taxes to be rejected! I could only enter the IP PIN manually by finding the correct form and enter it there for refiling. Common guys! you can do better!!!

Everything was great, except...

For the most part, my experience and the use of the app was easy. There wasn't much difficulty in entering my tax information.
The one complaint I have is when filing a late return, the app tells me I can e-file, has me call the TurboTax (877) number, only to find out that late refunds cannot be e-filed. The representative on the call already knew this information was on the app in error, so should TurboTax fixed this?

TurboTax covers everything that could possible help me to get the best refund or outcome to my tax situation. It explains simply, so that it is very easy to navigate. I have used it for years and love the fact that it will bring in you previous years information making it ready to go with little pre-work to be done.

Turbo Tax Was Not Ready For MAC Users

I bought a MAC version and was not able to print my Extension request because Turbo Tax wouldn't work with my printer. Eventually Turbo Tax fixed the problem which is why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 or none. I may not use Turbo Tax next year due to the printing problem.
