You have far too many ads while I'm trying to do my taxes.
You make me search for my tax return to file in the mail.
I hate the games you play. Isn't the fee I pay to use your product enough?
You cheat families by not making it easy and obvious to them that you can buy turbotax (if you download it?) and use it for all family members. You should not have to buy the downloaded version. So many games.

My return was rejected since my SS # didn't match records, why didn't my program which I have been using for over 10 years let me know of this error before filing?

I have always enjoyed using Turbo Tax. For some reason, the IRS never received my forms this year. So I resubmitted.
It wasn't until I read at the end that I should receive a notice from INTUIT that I submitted. Is that new?
