There were some changes the threw me off filing my taxes this year, I hope it can be more simplified.

Quick and Easy

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 15 years and have never had any complaints, EVER! This year, my situation changed and was a little more complicated. I purchased the Deluxe that included some assistance from a real person. I am so glad I paid the extra $. It came in helpful when I was ready to file and had some issues. I then reached out again to have someone review my taxes before I submitted them. Again, so helpful!! I give my experience this time a 12 out of 10!

Turbo Tax transforms a very stressful tax filing... into a smooth, user-friendly experience! I feel confident about my tax returns when I use Turbo Tax and all of the checks and reviews of the program!

False advertising

My purchased package says I get one free state return, but then I'm informed it is not free, cost $25. So I'm going to my state website where free means FREE!!!

I've been using TurboTax for over a decade. I am amazed each year at how sophisticated the programs are. I am also pleased when I have had to call for help; it has been fairly quick and easy to speak to someone, and they have been quite helpful

Very disappointed with the "download" version of Turbotax Deluxe. It took a very long time and some areas were not user friendly. Last year, with the disc all was smooth. The download version terrible. The system did not have a place to input my CA state withholdings although I tried over and over. Very disappointed and will not use turbotax next year. On top of this, there has an additional fee of $45 for I do not know what? So disappointed. It took me hours to work this system and I ended up just submitting because I am late on my taxes. State was difficult as nowhere to input $s. Disappointed!
