Disappointed

Software is not as efficient as previous years, it auto selected to e-file my PA taxes when I didn't want to do that. I have not paid for that and am sending it via usps. Can't seem to get back to the address I need to send it to now. Utterly disappointed in this program and also how there is no disc anymore that made this more difficult to download. Also, had difficulty getting the print screen to come up.

Turbo Tax is reliable

Overall I have found Turbot Tax a reliable and excellent tool for tax reporting. The format is easy to use, expert advice is available. The only confusion I have had is exactly where to put the Housing Allowance for pastors. So far, I've been able to figure it out, but now that we are retired, it has become a bit more difficult. I still highty recommend the product for ease of access, helpful material, easy to understand explanations.

Turbo Tax Works

We have used Turbo Tax for many years now and find it to be relatively easy to use, and of course accurate. Most of the questions as you move along, as long as you have all the information you need, are easy to enter. If you do happen to get to a point you can always look at the help provided which will clear up most situations.
