Earlier versions were easier to use and had lower (sometimes 0) fees for things that carry fees now.

Entry of IRS Identity PIN

You need to make more clear about the IRS Identity PIN, and provide a clear step to have the user log in to IRS.gov to check their profile and copy their PIN. This step should not be buried in the Other Taxes tab.

Turbotax is comprehensive, yet does not force you to spend time going through sections that are not applicable to you. It is also simple enough to go back and revisit something if you need to. Answers to common questions and explanations are available throughout the preparation process without requiring you to leave the program for other information sources.

Alternating between "8 errors" needing correction and ready to print.
