Easy to understand, and the toll-free help line is excellent. I called twice, and both times the customer service representative was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Excellent experience overall.

TurboTax for accuracy

Some changes in the format were confusing. There was a lot of reading to do to figures some things out. Overall, TurboTax is my annual go-to for tax efficiency and accuracy. This year, TurboTax kept questioning my input on my housing allowance and its impact on my retirement income. This hasn't happened before.
I do like the alerts when corrections need to be made.

Not so good this year

I've used Turbo Tax for years and this year was the most difficult. I couldn't transfer figures from my Raymond James account.

Too much marketing in the middle of the program
