Turbo Tax is easy to use

I have been using turbo Tax for over 30 years to do my own taxes. This software is easy to use. I have never needed additional advise beyond what this software has offered and I have never been audited.

What a Piece of Crap

I have used Turbo Tax for years but I'm going to switch. It will not let me finalize a state return because it says the forms haven't been finalized yet. That is not true, I have filed a different return for the same state, Ohio, and it let me finish. I can't believe I'm using this quirky software and it's scary that I have trusted it.

Slow this year

The Turbo Tax program was a little slow this year. It took two attempts to actually get the file to transmit. The first time we tried, the cost for the state filing did not show up.

Great tax software

The software is easy to use and guides you through almost everything. The one thing I don't like is the size of the font and window that are displayed when you want more information about a topic.
