Turbo Tax Was Awesome in previous years

Have used Turbo Tax for more than ten years. Feel that this version's conclusion was more difficult than necessary. As I was trying to save and print and return, I had some difficulty backing up to see where I had been.

Glitches

there are a lot of glitches in this Turbo Tax Deluxe that perhaps need to be tweaked or something the biggest issue is not being able to go back into an area and make any changes. This happens even you have not e filed. I have followed the instructions I have had my taxes flagged and returned to me because I indicated no, I do not have a 1095A which is truth I have 1095B and 1095C however the questions demand an answer. The turbo tax this year continued to stall on me during completing my taxes. I may have to evaluate a newer system. the search site is almost useless none of the inquires do not even come close to what a person may be looking for its all over the place it is not in good categories. I do better search the web to find answers. I have been using Turbo tax for years

Very easy to navigate. Online help and access to built in forms is a very useful feature.
Some forms cant be deleted for errors. It will nice if that feature can be included in next versions.
