Ho, hum... how the mighty have fallen

Too much going on under the sheets again this year and it's getting worse... put back the side-by-side, "previous year, current year" compare columns as you're doing the taxes. Also, the pricing has got to come down. Free doesn't mean free anymore when they start adding extraneous fees and charges to the "Free Filing for Federal and State".

Turbo Tax and Mac aren't the most compatible.

The program crashed half way through preparing my return. It was difficult to get the correct page again.

Had some issues

This year, my information from last year did not transfer over properly, and then it caused me to have multiple errors in this year's return, and it caused my e-filing to be rejected, which caused me to file an extension as we were going to be out of town for 2 weeks. Also, there were several places (most notably was donations) where I could not see what the info was from last year. So I was a little perturbed about my experience this year. I have been using TurboTax for years with no problems.

Been using TurboTax for many years. It helps make filing easier, but the task is still too time consuming and I hate that the government makes me go through this every year. Now, under Trump and Musk, it's going to be even tougher to get any assistance from the IRS if needed.
