Differentiate Royalty and Rent options better

The section to complete royalties correctly was tricky to find. Please separate royalties from rent or create a logic question early in the ROYALTY AND RENT page to separate the two. That page does not offer a noticeable way to avoid rent questions. I had to redo the section twice to do it correctly.

Great product. Downloadable software is super easy

Super easy to use. This is the first year I use the download instead of a hard copy CD. I found the downloadable way much better than a hard copy. I strongly recommend TurboTax.
