Have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for years. stopped by a glitch related to payment authorization through the software. Had to call technical support to figure out how to pay. Authorized payment did not go through. Had to pay over the phone. in my view this is a step backwards in processing. Need an option to update payment information each year.

It seems like it's gotten more difficult to do taxes with this program. Maybe it's the tax code, but it seems harder now.

Forms method still works extremely well.

With a very complex return, I am a longtime user of the Forms method. They are still easy to navigate and work great, for example, much better than HRBlock. Intuit, please keep it up!

AGI Ridiculousness

In order to e-file, Turbo Tax requires individual AGIs for those who file married filing jointly. Neither Turbo Tax nor the IRS has this info BUT we can't file without it. Not using Turbo Tax again, even though we've used it for YEARS.
