Turbo Tax is the best software package out there

I have been filing both my Federal and State returns using Turbo Tax for over 15 years. I have never had a problem with the software and when I needed advice it was available.

The price goes up but the value goes down

Not thrilled with this product. When I open the app, it updates the software, and then it goes back to the very beginning instead of where I left off. It is frustrating to try to remember exactly where I was in the process. And I always save my progress before exiting the program. Also you keep sending me endless emails even after I already purchased the software and started using it. Very annoying!

My return was rejected. When I corrected the 2023 AGI figure it did not register, hence it was rejected again. Now I have corrected the AGI amount again and hope this time my return will be accepted.
