TurboTax is too expensive.

i have use Turbotax for some 10+ years. The program has become more difficult to use because of the features/options to import data. The imported data has to reviewed and in most cases deleted because it was not categorized correctly. In most cases it is more efficient to input the data as shown on the 1009R and other forms.

Turbo Tax failed to file my taxes on time, today is the 18th and I just found out that the taxes were not filed!!!

Becoming More Difficult to Use!

It was a difficult year using TurboTax.Intuit. The program was more difficult to follow than it had in all earlier years of using, more questions, more times asked to sign in using Intuit as well as TurboTax. 2023 was not as customer friendly either, but 2024 more difficult. Feel in 2025 we may need the services of an accountant for our tax preparation.

I enjoy using TurboTax desktop because it makes filing your taxes so much easier; the software is very user-friendly. I would definitely recommend TurboTax to my friends.
