No access to 1040 to make changes. Tried to do an amended return except that the season I needed to wasn't listed. I lot of confusion. To much information. Very disappointed. This is my last year with Turbo Tax even though I have used it many times in the past with NO issues.

Product Could Easily Be Better

I have been using TurboTax for more than 25 years. Never had a significant issue. This year was a disappointment. I spent several hours repeatedly reloading the install download before the program could be used.
I spent another three days trying to figure out how to register a deduction for a Virginia 529 plan. I finally found the answer on Google. TurboTax instructions on these issues were unhelpful.

Ended up with a non resident W2c to correct before send. Software worked flawlessly! Using TurboTax for 14 years, best investment and consistent processing in the software. NOT changing something that works and is not broken....

Long Term Reliability !

I have been using TurboTax for year after year, for over 20 years now. I have not had any problems with the program to date. I plan on using it into the future as it has proven to be reliable, user friendly, and flexible in either guiding me or letting me edit the actual forms.
The new TurboTax Advantage auto-renewal plan is a great offering, which I took advantage of.

Turbo Tax was unreliable.

Normally, I liked using Turbotax up to point when I tried to e-file. The program worked fine until I got to the address billing page, then I could not get pass that page. Therefore, I was unable to e-file my taxes on the 15th of April 2024. I am greatly disappointed with Turbotax. So, I find the program unreliable!
