Disappoint This Year

I am very disappointed this year. Every year prior to this year it has been SO easy to use. This year it required me to re-enter some of the date 4/5 times. If it weren't for e-file I felt I should have just done it by hand,

I am concerned that you just sent me an email saying that I missed filing my return. That return was filed and accepted over a month ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Still great after 20 years.

I have used TurboTax for over 20 yrs. This year's edition was as easy to use as past years. My taxes are really simple now so I did not need additional expert tax help. For the first time, I had difficulty paying by credit card for my state e-filing. Intuit's customer service person spent over 45 mins with me online to solve my issue. We were successful. They were great people to work with.

Nope i have used TT for many years and it has been great, have rental propoerty now so will be using it for that going forward

Turbo Tax takes away the second guessing

Love the tool and the "hand holding". It gives me the peace of mind that if I get audited, i followed the instructions, passed the review section, and all should be well. if not, in the future, I will question the software and provide Turbotax the feedback. I use Turbo Tax for both personal and business taxes.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments
