Problems With State Filing Payment

Normally 5 stars - this year - 2 stars..... it would not let me pay my $20 for state filing, and the only other option was to pay for Audit Defense, and let them take it out of my tax return. Lost an extra $45 just to file state.

Tax filing was NOT a fun experience this year

I initially had issues with my interest, dividend, and W-2 form information being loaded into the software. These feeds come from 4 different sites and none of them were pulled in correctly. Upon the 3rd attempt, all pulled in correctly, however once the data was loaded to the form, there were empty generic fields in the form that required that I delete them before I could continue completing the tax filing process. This was very confusing, because one of them was for the investment firm that created a new field when the data was pulled from the same firm I've used for the past several years.
