2024 Deluxe version had many errors

Many calculations didn't work even after updating, crashed when trying to efile, when reentered, had to enter ALL my schedule C info again

Very easy. I had enough to itemize my deductions and Turbo Tax Deluxe met all of them.

Failed to ask about IRS PIN

The Federal return was rejected because my PIN wasn't included with the e-filing data. I'd forgotten I had gotten one last year, and there was nothing at the end of the review process prompting me to check to see if I did have a PIN. Unfortunately, I had filed it not long before the filing deadline on April 15.

Hidden and excessive costs

My only real complaint about the software is the constant attempts to upgrade. It also feft very deceitive the way the option of the expeditied refund was displayed and not clearly indicated that it would cost $40. That seems both very unclear and ridiculously expensive.
