TurboTax is great for doing my Taxes for year's.

I have been using TurboTax for years; I have no problems with the IRS since I been using the tool to do my Federal Taxes, the tool is easy to use and if I have any questions or problems, I can count on TurboTax to solved them.

Not very helpful on correcting errors. the help function is not clear. This year we were prompted to correct information on dependent even though we stated the information had not changed since 2023 filing

Love Turbo Tax

Easy to use, follow prompts to get everything done, If you make a mistake easy to go back and correct. Same as going to Tax Professional only a whole lot LESS expensive. Except this review screen, doesn't recognize your nickname from previous years, makes you choose another nickname.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Purchased at Big Box difficulty opening kept asking me to pay again submit pass codes i tried would not send info to my email for questions to begin using.

Disappointed with the 2024 software

I have used Turbo Tax software for many years now. I was very disappointed with the 2024 options. I plan to do some research before I consider purchasing Turbo Tax again.
