The download this year was difficult as I kept receiving an error message for no valid reason that I could determine. I had to call your tech support which was finally able to assist to get the software downloaded and working. This whole process took several hours which was super frustrating especially because I have never had an issue when previously using your cd's

I used to always give you a 5 star rating. However this year the final part of the system felt very cumbersome and redundant. I realize it is just checking for errors --- but make the area of concern more clear.

Not available to claim AOTC on Turbotax Deluxe?

I wonder why there is not a place anywhere on Turbotax Deluxe to claim AOTC for my tax return.
Due to last minute filing, I transmitted my return to the IRS without looking more for this information.

Sucks now! It is so clunky; I would enter stuff in and it would say $0.00 and I would keep trying to go back and edit then loos my progress and it is a disaster you can tell they are officially giving up on this as they know the only way they will make money in the future is to make a crap software and force you to pay THEM to do it for you. UNREAL!
