I'm done with this software.

I've used Turbo Tax for the past 15 or more years and have NEVER had this much TROUBLE navigating pages and understanding what the heck's going on. In and out of all kinds of blind alleys. At least I got something filed, but no confidence it's correct, I'll have to pay someone to check it all over for me and do amended returns if needed.
I don't expect to use Turbo Tax again.

Otherwise, Turbo Tax was fairly easy to use

Maybe its the stress of filing ones income tax but some wording I had to stop and think what was meant the word before I could answer the question (in Schedule C especially).

Turbo tax is the best

Still a bit cumbersome and the security portion to email it, once completed, was over the top. It took me almost half an hour just to secure the forms to the govt's satisfaction.

I love TurboTax!

They are so simple to follow and catch up with. Their software makes me feel like an expert and if I get stuck I can find the answers in many ways.
