Overall TurboTax is an excellent product

Overall I think TurboTax is an excellent product. The only drawback is there are some questions about infrequently used situations that TT assumes you know if you qualify or not. I have to assume i didn't or don't because i have no idea what it is!

Nickel and dime!So tired of all the add on fees. I buy the program in advance, so why not just charge for the $20.00 file then instead of waiting to the end.

Some Product changes are not improvement

Filing cost has increased substantially. 1099B instructions are not clear and did not easily match Form from Investment company.

Very helpful tool! One suggested improvement would be to have the option to split tax payments to more than one card or bank account.
