Would not let me enter tax credits on state return

On the federal return, four stars certainly and five for the upload feature.
Zero stars on the state side (Utah) no place to enter tax credits for 529 plan contributions.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

multiple fees required

I would prefer paying one fee upfront for a tax software. The multiple requests for my credit card number each time I moved forward a step in filing our taxes made me frustrated. What started as a $69 copy of Turbotax quickly became a $250 cost.
