Turbo Tax is good but not as easy to use as HR Blk

I used to use HR Block but switched due to software problems. I found the Turbo Tax found more of my farm vehicle deductions. May only complaint the the interview is somewhat confusing compared to HR Block.

Terrible. So expensive to by the program and then you charge me an additional $200 to file my returns and random other charges for who knows what.

Great user friendly software and always up to date

After using Turbotax for many years now, I would like to finally make my first review that my experience have made me a confident self tax preparer each year as I do see constant improvements in the wizard interface to guide you from the simplest to the complicated questions. If the Help section was not enough, Turbotax also have a Help forum online that you can ask and search where other customers most likely have asked the same or similar concerns you have, which was very helpful for me without having to call in or even google outside of Turbotax. All in all, the user interface of the software is very friendly for any novice. Only complaint is the first E-file your state is FREE with the Deluxe version, but you have to pay additional to E-file if you plan to prepare for another family members.
