It should point out that sometimes fields on W-2s are kept blank, so there is nothing to fill in - but your program requests this information anyways in the review phase.

TurboTax is not User-friendly Enough

TurboTax could be a lot more user friendly. How forms are linked together isn't explained to my satisfaction. Often, the Source is not provided by link and not explained to my satisfaction, You have to play with it quite a bit to get an idea how the forms/worksheerts work together,
