Have used it for years. Never any concerns.

As always, a pleasure using this program. I did have one glitch. I erroneiously entered a wrong figure at the end of the federal document, under credit items and it took two hours to find out it would eliminate itself when the item was placed in the correct spot on the return.

Don't ask about state tax.

We live in Florida, so TurboTax does not need to ask if we want to file a state tax return. I wish is wouldn't since TurboTax already has our address. It feels like TurboTax is not paying attention when it asks us this annoying question.

This year Turbo Tax has been terrible; in printing my returns, I must have wasted half a ream of paper! Turbo Tax printed schedules I did not need nor did ask for! the printing lines are distorted and do not match the corresponding numbers. I hope I don't get audited as a result of your discrepancies and ridiculous negligence!
Next year I shall rethink who I will use for my tax needs! Thank You

No explaination given no matter how hard I looked.

Could not get it to accept the 250000$ exclusion for selling a house I had lived in for 22 years. I could not check either yes or no to the question did I want ot use it. There was no explaination as to why, it just said I didn't qualify. The only thing I can think of is I received a 1099-S

I have used Turbotax for years and never had a problem with the software. I do miss having a CD for backup in case of a PC crash and would pay extra to have one. But...I guess I'll have to go with the flow!
