Great but Sneaky

Product is great but, they sneak in a Refund Processing Fee of $40 at the end. That is after I have to pay for my state return ($25) and the $66 to buy the program.

Going through the process of entering the required information is normal and easy. The actual filing process is extremely slow and labor intensive. It took longer to actually file the returns than to file out the returns.
