I talked with two people, 4/13/25 Joe and 4/14/25 Annette. Both of these representatives were so very helpful. I had challenges with the soft ware accepting changes I made and or allowing edits / typo to correct and consequently caused errors. my second return for my son, was rejected, but not noted by turbo tax. there was an error on w-2 in both name and social security number. I missed it and so did turbo.

The program was consistent with prior years, so that no new "style" was sprung as a surprise. The wording of some of the help tips were a bit convoluted, but a simple search on the internet to translate it in different words (same english language) helped.
