Turbo Tax is just ok.

Easy to use. I bought the turbo tax deluxe but still had to pay to file taxes. It clearly said 1 federal return and 1 state tax return.

CC payment did not work.

I could not get the credit card payment date to move to January only February and up was selectable. Very frustrating. I had to select a card that I did not want to use to input a selectable month number.

Amending a return is confusing

The procedure of amending a return is somewhat confusing. I only needed to amend the state return, but it required to go through federal section and created 1040-X.

Disk version

The disk version is not as robust as the online version. The state downloads are not easy to edit once an entry has been made. The state downloads are expensive. The eFiling fee for an additional state is excessive.

Life is easier with Turbo Tax in your life

Oh I remember the days when there was no e-filing and taxes had to be mailed. We live in a better time that we can do our taxes with ease with Turbo tax which has continued to improve their software to make it easier than before for their customers to do their taxes. Love the ease of using intuit turbo tax. PS I was not paid for this review, I wish I was! haha
